Frost is a freelance production manager and 1st assistant director. Throughout her five+ years of experience, Frost has supported dozens of creatives, brands, and houses across the globe. Born in San Francisco, CA, based in Brooklyn, NY, working worldwide.

Her education includes a Film & TV BFA with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Pratt Institute, Pre-College Columbia University Journalism Intensive, and Pre-College Filmmaking Academy at The Representation Project. Also a nonfiction filmmaker, she is focused on centering women in storytelling and on topics concerning reproductive rights and healthcare inequities.
