Frost is a freelance production manager, coordinator, and 1st assistant director working across episodic, commercial, and experiential production. Throughout her five years of freelance experience, Frost has worked with over a dozen brands and houses, both local and international.

Also a nonfiction filmmaker, she is focused on centering women in storytelling and on topics concerning reproductive rights and history, bodily autonomy, and healthcare inequities.  

Based in Brooklyn, NY, with roots in San Francisco, CA, Frost is a global traveler with an expansive world view. In her free time, she enjoys puzzles, a good book, watching movies, and watching more movies. Her education includes a Film and Television BFA with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Pratt Institute, Pre-College Columbia University Journalism Intensive, and Pre-College Filmmaking Academy at The Representation Project.
