Frost is a documentary filmmaker, developer, and ally, working at the intersection of artistry and advocacy to create collaborative, nuanced, and engaging stories. She is focused on centering women in storytelling and on topics concerning reproductive rights and history, bodily autonomy, and healthcare inequities.
Throughout her four years of freelance experience, Frost has worked with various clients and production companies both locally and internationally, primarily as a production coordinator and assistant director.
Based in Brooklyn, NY, with roots in San Francisco, CA, Frost is a global traveler with an expansive world view. In her free time, she enjoys puzzles, cooking for friends and family, watching movies, and watching more movies. 
Her education includes a Film and Television BFA with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Pratt Institute, Columbia University Journalism Intensive, and the Film Academy at The Representation Project.
