Frost is a freelance production manager, coordinator, and 1st assistant director. Throughout her five years of experience, Frost has worked with dozens of brands and houses, both local and international.

Also a nonfiction filmmaker, she is focused on centering women in storytelling and on topics concerning reproductive rights and history, bodily autonomy, and healthcare equities.  

Her education includes a Film & TV BFA with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Pratt Institute, Pre-College Columbia University Journalism Intensive, and Pre-College Filmmaking Academy at The Representation Project. Based in Brooklyn, NY, with roots in San Francisco, CA. In her free time, she enjoys a good book, watching movies, and watching more movies.
